Beginning our new series, “Summer Vacation,” today. Dug into the old family scrapbook to remember when mom and dad (above) took a vacation every summer. The date on this is unknown, but I believe it predates my existence. The location is a cabin on Long Island.

It’s summer time, and the living is easy, so it’s time to think about summer vacation. I’m digging into the archives of old family photos when my parents would take a ritual vacation every summer. This is going to be a trip through time, so stay tuned. First post will go up this evening!
